NetSuite Functional Consultant
Remote | Full Time
Our consulting and advisory team is comprised of functional and technical experts that work within the NetSuite solution domain. Tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining a NetSuite environment. Whether implementing, enhancing or extending an existing NetSuite environment, we help organizations get the most out of their investment including new system and SuiteApp Implementations, Integrations, Business Process Optimization and customized applications.
Essential Functions
- Work on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects.
- Share your individual subject matter expertise and be a liaison to our clients.
- Engage with clients and colleagues on revenue recognition solution support.
- Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders.
- Educate internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices.
- Identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach.
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
- 3+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
- Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite.
- Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
- Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications.
- Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
- Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir Certifications.
- SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting experience.
- Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community
NetSuite Project Manager
Remote | Full Time
As an experienced Project Manager at eXtendTech, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all aspects of NetSuite integration projects. Success in this role is measured primarily by outcomes. Managing clients’ expectations and then delivering on such expectation is key. Also, ensuring that assignments among our team is well balanced and manageable. Must be an independent thinker with strong communication skills who can effectively communicate both written and verbally. Must be able to proactively identify inefficiencies/gaps in a project plan and bring proposed solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Essential Functions
- Serves as the primary point person on advisory projects.
- Develops project plan inclusive of tasks, milestones and deadlines.
- Responsible for providing progress reports to client and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to understand the clients requirements and effectively communicate such requirements to our internal team in a concise and accurate manner.
- Ability to understand our teams position on requirements and feasibility of such requirements as well as solutions created and being to communicate such items to clients in way that easy for them to understand.
- Confidence to push back on our team and clients when there are concerns about the direction of a requirements, solutions, milestones or any other aspect of the project.
- Genuine interest in solving business process problem through technology.
- Possess natural leadership skills and a knack for bringing people together even during the stressful times of a project’s life cycle.
Job Qualifications
To be considered for this position, the candidate must have at least 5-10 years of hands on experience, with progressively increasing responsibility with NetSuite or other ERP implementations. The candidate must have strong skills in change management, issue resolution, workflow documentation, data analysis, and reports. This individual must possess experience leading a user community in a prompt and professional manner, including excellent leadership and communications skills.
Education & Experience
Requires a four-year degree and 5-10 years of hands-on experience with ERP implementations.
Certificates & Licenses
NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification desirable.
Project Management Professional (PMP) also desirable.
NetSuite Developer
Remote | Full Time
eXtendTech is looking for a NetSuite Developer to join our team. As a developer on our team, you will be working partnership with both the support and delivery teams to develop applications that extend the functionality and enhance the NetSuite user experience. You will have a significant role in solving problems and building solutions in all areas of NetSuite.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test and deploy NetSuite applications using all components of the SuiteCloud Platform.
- Troubleshoot existing scripts, integrations and workflows.
- Make technical recommendations on designs as well as technical improvements to existing solutions.
- Create and/or update detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizations.
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years ERP development experience.
- Understanding of ERP systems and architectures.
- Experience working with Javascript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML and SQL.
- Integration development utilizing SOAP and REST architectures.
- Experience in the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience in using git for version control.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years NetSuite development experience.
- 2-5 years experience working with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SuiteTalk and SuiteCloud Development Framework.
- Knowledge of NetSuite administration.
- NetSuite Certification a plus but not required.
- Experience working with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud is a plus.
- Experience working in support/help desk based environment a plus.
